Targeted lymphatic massage involves gentle manipulation of specific areas on your body. This helps to move excess fluid buildup away from your tissues (areas of swelling) and work them toward lymph vessels and lymph nodes so that they can get rid of toxins in your body.

The length of this massage will vary. There is no set amount of time that we can quote for you - it will be based on your specific needs for that day. Please note that this type of massage is charged at an "hourly rate."

All of our soaks start with a relaxing foot bath in a delightfully warm tub where you will rest your feet on hot stones prepared with your choice of one of our proprietary soothing herbal blends. The soak is then followed by 15 minutes of a relaxing and rejuvenating foot massage.

The therapeutic massage focuses on problem areas in the deep tissue and trigger points. Myofascial release is a slow, intentional therapy that uses sustained pressure  to gently stretch and soften the fascia. This service targets connective tissue and is a great option for those with chronic pain, widespread muscular pain, and those who always feel rigid and stiff. This is a 90 minute treatment. 

Acupressure is the application of gentle yet precise pressure to specific energy points. This soothing treatment helps to alleviate tension in the face, jaw, and neck, improve circulation, ease headaches, and can be used for individuals suffering with vertigo. For the treatment of vertigo, our massage therapist will utilize the Epley Maneuver to assist in the removal of crystals from the inner ear. This is typically a 30 minute service. 

PEMF (Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field) therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate cellular activity and promote the body's natural healing processes. PEMF therapy increases blood flow to the treated area and aims to reduce pain and inflammation, accelerate tissue healing, and improve overall cellular function. 

*PLEASE NOTE: if you have any type of implanted mechanical device, such as a pacemaker or defibrillator, you are NOT a candidate for PEMF therapy!

​Reiki therapy is based on an Eastern belief that vital energy flows through your body. The massage therapist who specializes in Reiki will use gentle touch, or sometimes they will put their hands just above your body, to help guide this energy in a way that leads to balance and healing.
